This one of a kind design is conceptualized and hand-assembled by Amanda Scolarice.

Features a mismatched pair. Both earrings have a light brown oval bead, a dark brown disk bead, four white cube beads with uppercase black letters, a dark brown disk bead, and a light brown oval bead. One earring says "THEY" and one earring says "THEM".
