This one of a kind design is conceptualized and hand-assembled by Amanda Scolarice.

Features two strands on a silver-colored keychain ring.
One strand features a 3D red hotdog bead with a yellow squiggle and a brown bun, a black faceted round bead, a light yellow cube bead, a large yellow 3D dog bead,  a black rondelle bead with pink, yellow, and red square spots, a red round bead, a yellow-orange chip bead, and a large 3D red apple charm with white text of an apple silhouette, and "US HEALTHCARE".
One strand features a small black round bead, a yellow-orange round bead, a dark red faceted round bead, a black bird-shaped bead with blue dot eyes, a small silver bicycle charm hanging off the main strand, a light yellow cube bead, a brown pretzel bead, and a silver disc bead with an inlet of "I <3 NY" in black text with a red heart.
