This one of a kind design is conceptualized and hand-assembled by Amanda Scolarice.

Features a dark blue round bead, a clear blue disk bead, and a teardrop charm with a beaded dark blue large hoop, a beaded light blue medium hoop, and a small medium blue small hoop.
